Unlike other aerosol monitors, the AES-1000 does not use a vacuum source such as an internal suction pump, but uses a built-in heater to generate updraft to supply stable air flow inside the sensing chamber. It has an easy-to-read display, which shows current air cleanliness level (equivalent of Class 100 - Class 100,000) by using a scale of 1 to 10. The system is portable and can be set up almost anywhere you would like to monitor the particulate level in the air. The AES-1000 can be linked to an Ethernet System or connected to an existing LAN cable with the purpose of monitoring air cleanliness levels at multiple points.
Features:
- Stable and sensitive for detecting particles of 0.3 or 0.5 microns and larger
- Easy-to-read display
- Unique air sampling method using "heater" to generate updraft, which prevents choke flow.
- Suction pump is not required
- Alarm goes off when the setting level goes beyond the required cleanliness.
- Long life laser (20,000 h)
Applications: any place where you need simplified cleanliness level monitoring. Shinyei Kaisha AES-1000 Aerosol Monitor |
